After a successful decade in the telecom sector, she has spent the last eight years training professionals across industries including hospitality, energy, education, logistics, media, and manufacturing.

Worked with renowned organizations namely Accenture, Airtel, Intrado, Vodafone and Tata Tele service from 2005-2017. Served as National Account Manager with renowned organizations, managing portfolio of global and national corporate clients. The role encompassed end-end corporate account handling, including business development, account management, client retention, customer experience and lifecycle management.
